Dr. David Sabbah

DMD, MS, FRCDC

Dr. David Sabbah, DMD, MS, FRCDC, is a board-certified periodontist specializing in implant dentistry, immediate protocols, regenerative surgery, and the management of complex periodontal and peri-implant conditions. He completed his dental training at the Université de Montréal, followed by advanced residencies at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York and Jacobi Medical Center of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, as well as a postgraduate specialty program in periodontology with a Master’s degree at Temple University.


He serves as an adjunct professor in Periodontology at Temple University and as a chargé de cours clinique at the Université de Montréal, while maintaining a private practice focused on implantology and periodontal therapy. His research using microCT technology to assess peri-implant bone architecture in D4 sites reflects his commitment to achieving predictable implant outcomes in challenging clinical scenarios.


Dr. Sabbah lectures throughout Canada and the USA on immediate implant placement and loading, interdisciplinary treatment planning, and the management of implant complications. His work has been published in Clinical Advances in Periodontics, ITI Forum Implantilicum, and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Cases.
